1. Admission to various classes is based on the availability of seats.
2. Birth certificate must be produced while seeking admissions to KG-1/ KG-2/KG-3 & Class-1
3. New Entrance from class-II to X must submit original transfer certificate issued by the previous school during admission.
4. Candidates seeking admission from other institutions should take up an entrance exam conducted by the school.
5. The prescribed fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6. Students who are under different caste wise category should produce caste certificate issued by the Tahsildar during admission along with application.
7. All necessary documentation and other necessary submission asked for must be done to complete enrollment formalities.
1. The pupil must be one time to the school before the first bell to the assembly. Disciplinary action will be taken regular late comers.
2. Students who sent away from school or whose names are struck off from the rolls will not be re-admitted.
3. Student must present a leave note from the parent every time he / She remains absent. (Leave record column in the Almanac must be issued to send leave notes.
4. Long absence due to sickness should be supported by a medical certificate.
5. Parents and Guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline in their children.
6. Students should bring necessary text books and note books etc. as per the Time Table, or on instruction from concerned subject teacher.
7. Every students should bring snacks / lunch with water bottle and napkin, name, class, and section of the pupil should be neatly marked on all the belongings of the pupil.
8. Pupil should not attend the school wearing valuable ornaments. The school will not be responsible for the loss thereof.
9. Uniforms defaulters and children who do not do their works regularly will have to face disciplinary actions.
10. If any mis-behavior / mis-conduct of the students is found in the school or out side the school, such students will be dismissed from the school .
11. Students are not allow to leave the class room without permission of the class teacher or subject teacher.
12. All materials that are unnecessary irrelevant , useless and not prescribed by the school, must not be brought into the school. Such items will be taken away and not returned. Bringing of mobiles and other electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited.
1. Note books, work book and other study materials will be inspected form time to time.
2. Every Monday, there will be Nail and Haircut inspection.
3. Full uniform inspection will be done every day.
4. Every month last week inspection will be done by the management- Regarding various aspects of the students.
1. Fees for the whole year must be paid fully at the time of admission/in three terms.
2. 1st term during the admission in the month of April-June. 2nd term before September and 3 rd term by / before December.
3. Only students who have cleared all the dues are allowed to take the tests and examinations.
4. The fees structure may be revised from time to time.
1. In case of withdrawals, application for issue of transfer certificate should be submitted to the office at least one month in advance.
2. Transfer certificate will not be issued unless all fees and other dues are fully cleared.
3. Transfer certificate(TC) will not be handed over to the parents / Guardians. On request from the school where the child is admitted it will be dispatched to concerned school by registered post.
